Wall’s Pharmacy first opened its doors in 1980 to provide a personal, local pharmacy option for our community that’s family owned and operated. With three convenient locations in Grand Forks and Fargo, we offer a multitude of important services for our patients and community. Our pharmacy staff boasts over 100 years of experience, and our friendly staff treat you like family from the moment you call or walk in. We pride ourselves on giving patients the personal touch that only a small town, family-run pharmacy can offer!

Wall's Pharmacies have a wide variety of over the counter products including vitamins, minerals, herbal supplements, analgesics, antacids, foot care, oral hygiene products, cough and cold preparations, as well as many other items. Special orders are always welcome... Just let us know!
We also provide Long Term Care services for patients in Assisted Living Facilities, Group Homes, and Nursing Homes.
At Wall’s we take our commitment to our patients and our place in the community seriously. For many years we have worked with and donated to a litany of local organizations that work to improve our corner of North Dakota. Wall’s Pharmacy works with Valley Homes Memorial on their charity golf tournament, the Public Arts Commission, the North Dakota Museum of Art, the Grand Forks Greenway Takeover, Development Homes Inc. and their charity golf tournament, as well as the Sons of Norway, among many others. We believe that being a responsible, respectful, trustworthy business means putting in the time and effort to support not just our patients but also the community at large. Aside from the community initiatives we support, we also work to make our local pharmacy profession better by providing a comprehensive training opportunity for newly certified pharmacy technicians and internship opportunities for pharmacy students while they do their clinical rotations in their last year of school.
